From the first call to the flight home

No mystery. This is the whole process, including how long each part takes and how we charge.

Four moments

The conversation

Thirty minutes by phone or video. How you travel matters more to us than where you think you want to go: how much moving you can take, what frustrates you, what you remember from your best trip.

Takes: 30 minutes. No charge.

The proposal

Two possible routes, with hotels named, room types specified, and a reason behind every night you spend there. We adjust until one of the two is right.

Takes: 5 to 10 business days. The design fee is charged here.

The booking

We book, confirm and hand you everything in a single document that opens without a signal: flights, hotels, transfers, local contacts, and what to do if something fails.

Takes: 3 to 7 business days, depending on availability.

The trip

A direct contact, in your time zone, while you're away. Not a switchboard or a generic inbox. If something falls through, we fix it and tell you once it's fixed.

Takes: as long as the trip, plus the days after you land.

Questions we always get

What do you charge?
PENDING. The fee model goes here: whether it's a flat design fee, a percentage, or supplier commission. It's the most asked question and the one that builds the most trust when answered head-on.
Why don't I just do it myself with a search engine?
You can, and for a weekend you probably should. The difference shows up on trips longer than a week with several destinations: there the real cost isn't the hotel rate, it's the day you lose to a badly timed connection, or the room facing the car park that looked the same in the photos.
How far ahead should we start?
For an individual trip, three to six months. For groups or high season, a year. It can be done in less time, but less remains available.
What happens if I have to cancel?
PENDING. The real cancellation policies go here, separating what depends on us from what depends on each supplier.
Do you work on destinations inside Mexico?
Yes. In fact it's where we have the most control over the outcome, because we know the suppliers in person.
